Topics covered include the responsibilities of a supervisor, a discussion of understanding and establishing good boundaries between supervisor and supervisee, ethics for the counselling profession, creating a plan of supervision, up-to-date board rules and supervision theory.

Presenter:Louis Boynton, II, Ph.D, LPC, NCC, CPCS, Western District Rep Over the last few years Louis has been working in the profession of psychology as an educator, researcher, and practitioner. He has written grants and managed grant projects in disaster mental health, a new professional avenue. Currently, Louis is President of a nonprofit (managing a disaster mental health website gadisaster.info), with a private practice, and a mobile assessment counselor for Southern Crescent Pines Behavioral Health.
