Dr. Moffatt is a college professor, author, and licensed counselor specializing in sexually and physically abused children.  He served nine years as a regular lecturer at the FBI Academy, a homicide profiler with the Atlanta Cold Case Squad, and consultant to numerous businesses. He has appeared on many networknews and crime programs.  He has served as personal consultant to movie makers including Tyler Perry and the producers of a 2017 movie Head Full of Ghosts.
