Presenter: Gregory K. Moffatt, Ph.D., LPC, CPCS. Dr. Moffatt is a college professor, author, and licensed counselor specializing in sexually and physically abused children.  He served nine years as a regular lecturer at the FBI Academy, a homicide profiler with the Atlanta Cold Case Squad, and consultant to numerous businesses. He has appeared on many networknews and crime programs.  He has served as personal consultant to movie makers including Tyler Perry and the producers of a 2017 movie Head Full of Ghosts. He can most recently be seen on the new InvestigationDiscovery series Hostage.

OBJECTIVES of the Training:

  • Attendees will be able to identify the six stages of supervision.
  • Components of each stage: informed consent, screening, and helping supervisees see their weaknesses, strengths, and personal blind spots.
  • Nine areas of evaluation, ethical considerations in supervision, and a supervisor's role in the licensing process.
