Parallel process is an often overlooked dynamic in clinical supervision. It is the unconscious replication of the therapeutic relationship in the supervisory situation. At times, highly debatable, the value of parallel process as a supervisory intervention is gaining renewed interest.

Served as state director for Substance Abuse Aftercare Services (SAAS) with Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., interim clinical director at Rainbow House, Inc, residential services manager for developmental disabilities for Pathways CSB, program manager for drug court programs at Clayton CSB, and currently hold position as a Social Services Program Consultant for the Georgia Department of Corrections.
