Participants will learn about the developmental changes women experience in the transition from young to middle adulthood and the cultural implications within this population. Also, participants will be able to implement techniques and strategies more effectively with women transitioning from young to middle adulthood. Finally, participants will be able to assess with consideration of the psychosocial stages of development.

She has a private practice in Woodstock and also is core faculty for University of the Cumberlands. Research and practice interests include wellness, women’s issues, criminal justice population, addiction, and trauma.
